Is there a monthly fee?
No. Personal and Business accounts have no monthly plan and no sign-up fee. You pay only the fees on this page, when they apply.
Who pays the business fee, me or my customer?
You decide. On the Fees page of the Business Portal you can absorb the fee, add it on top for the customer, or split it, for each payment rail.
How is the exchange rate set?
The rate is shown in the app before you confirm and includes our margin. Once you confirm, that is the rate you get.
Do you offer lower rates for high volume?
Business card pricing is the same flat rate for every business today. If you process a lot, talk to us about what you need.
